Celebrate All the New Mommies In Your Life!

Motherhood is a gift. And it is so obvious to me the joy and elation in a new mother’s face. My good friend Oriana had her daughter Brielle about a year ago and it never seizes to amaze me how much being a Mom as changed her and her outlook on life. I am not ready to have children right now, but I wait for the day when I can experience the same wonder and love that all new mothers have. All my girlfriends and I made a huge deal about Mother’s Day last year since it was her first one– we took her out to brunch, spent the day with her and her daughter, etc. It was very nice.

I’m sure that she will celebrate Mother’s Day elaborately this year as well. All New Mothers deserve to be recognized for all the hard work and dedication that they show their children.
