Tired of roses being red and violets being blue? Looking for a new way to say “I love you?”
Do you love sending cards but have trouble filling in all the blank space with a personal message? Although you might be a hopeless romantic, you might not know how to express the fact that you are. Sound familiar?
If you want to send a romantic e-Card this Valentine’s Day but can’t seem to get the little “your message here” area appropriately filled, try one of these romantic notes for cards:
• “I could be complete in every way if you would always stay. If we could be like sand and sea, I’d always be next to you and you next to me.”
• “Often you have found the sunlight in me when I thought it might disappear. You seem to be my dream weaver and I wonder if you have any fears.”
• “When you smile at me I no longer see anything but you surrounding me.”
• “If you’re tired enough to sleep you should know I’ll tuck you in. If you’re sad enough to cry I’ll wipe the tears that fall from your chin.”
• “If you notice the shine in my eyes today, if I seem a little brighter than yesterday…if my smile has changed to a goofy grin, if my laughter is affectionate with a little touch of sin… I hope you can see it’s your effect on me.”
• “If I’m hugging you so tightly you can barely breathe, it’s just because I never want you to leave. I hope you can see it’s your effect on me.”
• “I am so in love with you my heart feels like it might burst. I could just drink you up – my desire is like a thirst.”
• “Your dreams are in my heart and your heart is in my dreams.”
• “Sometimes you present yourself to me in a way that won’t let me say no. I think the more time we spend together, the more I can’t say no.”
• “I keep finding myself wishing you were with me when you’re not. But I can’t tell you that – wouldn’t want to find myself caught, in your eyes, in your smile, so I only stay for a little while.”
• “Not many people can make me laugh like you can. No one else can hold me and mold me with such magic hands.”
• “You seem heaven-sent or from a different world; all my straight and narrows are suddenly curled.”
•“You alone break all the norms. You’re beautiful and amazing in every form.”
Printable romantic cards work just as well as e-cards. You can still customize them, and try including some “romantic coupons” in the card for things like free back massage, free foot massage, one night out to dinner, one car wash (in the spring), one romantic night of your choice, etc.
